By using FixMyAppraisal.com (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

- FixMyAppraisal.com provides automated tools to help you prepare a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) letter.
- We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Final decisions about appraisal values are made by lenders or regulators, not us.

Payments & Refunds

  • Fees are based on 1% of the recouped value (minimum $100 if the increase is $10,000 or less).

  • The percentage that FixMyAppraisal is calculated as a variable percentage of the equity we determine HAS been recouped, and is subject to change at FixMyAppraisal’s discretion.

  • If your appraised value does not increase by at least the amount we specify, you will receive a full refund.

Your Responsibilities

- You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate.
- ROV letters must be submitted to your lender or AMC — never directly to the appraiser. The lender is the client and the only party authorized to request reconsideration from the appraiser.

Limitations

- We cannot guarantee a change in appraised value.
- We are not liable for loan decisions, delays, or outcomes beyond our control.
